This is a recent screenshot of my Gmail tab. Yes, that is five chat windows open at the bottom. I can't see enough of the screen to reply to the e-mails I'm getting.
SO, if you send me a chat and I don't respond right away, don't take it personally. There may be a line ahead of you.

ReplyDeleteNo (Gmail doesn't allow that), one is a GROUP chat with other people, one is a PRIVATE chat with just one person.

ReplyDeleteEvery 5 minutes, keep sending them an automated message: "Your friendship is very important to me. Keep waiting and I will be with you as soon as I am available. Current estimated wait time is 15 minutes."
And then you send them to a Pandora playlist that plays muzak.
