  1. So you read this post didn't you? I mean checked that what was in your mind at the time really made to the screen, right?
You posted the link about this house, (check)
you posted everything about the house (check)
you posted that this house and your mother have something to do with each other (check)
You posted what something is.....ERROR. Loss of meaning. Fatal Error: This post is unable to explain what you wanted to express.

"this all takes place AFTER I move halfway around the world"
All what takes place????? She is opening the best Bed and Breakfast on the south hill? Does she have a crazy idea of breeding PINE trees? Does she want to teach people (who are afraid of open spaces) how to swim? Is she trying a new pyramid scheme whose goal is to actually build new limestone pyramids?

You posted that you are disgruntled about this unknown something. (check)

  2. Sorry, I thought it was more clear. This is the house my mother is looking at moving to.

Understand that for the past 12 years I have been trying to convince her to move into the city. Well, she finally does because her father is on his deathbed, and she virtually moves into my sister Lila's house (which was built by my mom's friend Vicki's family, the same as the green cabin on my mom's property). Small world, this is the same house I lived in when I moved to Spokane, and the same house my sister Katrina lived in when she moved to Spokane. It has practically been in the family for years.

Anyway, so my mom still has her place out in the country, but now she's settled into living in the city, and her new boyfriend or whatever is apparently well off enough to afford places like this.

So, not only does my mom move to the city (where it would no longer be a two-hour commute to visit, if I were still at EWU), but she wants to move into this plush pad on the South Hill. With an INDOOR POOL, and plenty of room.

So, I'm upset because instead of a two-hour commute to visit, it's now a 9-hour $1000 commute; and if she had lived in a place like that when I was still in college, I would have moved back home and saved myself a full two-thirds of my student debt.

Of course, then I wouldn't have made such good friends at college. :) But I would be debt-free right now instead of scraping by. Sigh.

If only I could have everything I wanted. Then I would surely be happy. ;)

  3. Also, I don't know which was funnier, the check check error style of your comment (something compiling immediately came to mind), or the Back to the Future reference to breeding pine trees. :D

Anyway, now that we have proof of your continued existence, when are you going to update YOUR blog? I want to know what's going on in your area of the world.
