Small Town Strife

For such a small town, I sure hear a lot of sirens in Cheney.

    I've noticed that too. Is it just me, or have there seemed to be more sirens in the past few days than there usually are?

    As I was reading this post I could hear sirens. There is also more traffic than you would expect every hour of every day.
