Soy la _soy_.

I am soymilk. (Actually, yes, wouldn't it be estoy de leche de soja?) Anyway, this post is about soymilk.

Soymilk can replace regular milk in a lot of recipes.

Hamburger Helper is not one of them.

That is all.

  2. It probably would be soy and not estoy. Estar is used for things that change easily, ser is for things that are more permanent.

Estoy allegre (I am happy) could quickly become estoy triste (I am sad).

Soy de los Estados Unidos (I am from the United States) isn't likely to change.

I assume you mean that you are or are made of soy milk, so that's not something that's likely to change.

CAPTCHA: aglar, which I don't think is a Spanish word, but sure sounds like one.

  3. Maybe I should have stuck with that third year in high school. ^_^

And a google search returned a metal band with the name Aglar. ^_^

Wait, I have captcha turned on?
